"What Is IdentiNova?"

IdentiNova is an eight phase framework for rebuilding your identity once the version of yourself you knew stops working.

It doesn't matter what caused the break. A diagnosis. An addiction. A prison sentence. A divorce. A layoff. A role you played for years that quietly stopped fitting. What's left in each case is the same: a person who knows the old self is gone and has no map for what comes next.

IdentiNova is that map.

The Eight Phases

Taken in sequence, each phase builds on the one before it:

Imprint. The beliefs you absorbed before you were old enough to question them.

Deconstruct. Taking those beliefs apart to see what's actually true and what you only inherited.

Expose. Looking directly at what you've been hiding, including from yourself.

Nullify. Stripping the authority out of the old conclusions so they stop running your decisions.

Transcend. Moving past the identity that was built for survival, not for living.

Install. Choosing, deliberately, what replaces it.

Test. Putting the new identity under real pressure to see if it holds.

Yield. Living from it, consistently, until it's simply who you are.

Who it's for

IdentiNova was built and proven inside recovery and reentry work, but it was never designed to stay there. Recovery is the proving ground, not the boundary. The framework is built for anyone standing at the edge of a rebuilt life, whatever brought them to that edge.

What makes it different

Most identity and self-help frameworks are theory first, applied second. IdentiNova runs the other direction. It was lived before it was named, tested in real peer support and recovery coaching work before it was ever written down, and only afterward matched against the research that confirmed why it works.

Two ways in

IdentiNova Built Not Broken is the reading companion. It walks through all eight phases and the thinking behind each one.

IdentiNova Framework is the guided workbook, built for doing the work directly on the page, phase by phase.
